United Bank Limited announced its 263rd Board of Directors meeting will take place on Friday, 16 October 2026, in Dubai at 12:00 p.m. (UAE Time). The board will consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter (Nine Months) ended 30 September 2026 and for declaration of any entitlement. Concurrently, a "Closed Period" has been declared from 08 October 2026 to 16 October 2026, prohibiting Directors, the CEO, and Executives from dealing in the Bank's shares.

This is to inform you that 263rd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, 16 October 2026 in Dubai at 12:00 p.m. (UAE Time), inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of the Bank for the 3rd Quarter (Nine Months) ended 30 September 2026 and for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 08 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
